Who We Are
We research, innovate and manufacture orodispersible dosage forms that are unique, patented and enhance patient compliance and accessibility
What We Do
Create innovative process technology platforms to enhance the effectiveness and utility of existing molecules.
We improve absorption and release of medications by avoiding first pass metabolism, providing convenience, ease of use and typically, reduced amounts of drug actives for improved safety profiles.

THE PROBLEM
Traditional Oral Delivery Is Flawed
Almost 70% of Americans are on prescription medication. Oral drug delivery is the most preferred route of drug administration.
POOR BIOAVAILABILITY
For many molecules given orally, only a fraction of the administered dose will make it to the bloodstream due to poor solubility or degradation in the GI tract and liver, as a result of 1st pass metabolism.
SIDE
EFFECTS
When only a fraction of the administered dose reaches the blood, more drug needs to be given which can cause GI upset & irritation and (in some cases), liver toxicities.
NON-ADHERENCE
When drugs don’t work well enough and cause side effects, patients stop taking them. 30-50% of Americans do not take medications as prescribed. 40% of patients have trouble swallowing pills.
